Storz Recovering From Crash

Top California trials competitor Eric Storz suffered a major setback in his preparations for the 2010 season when he crashed while training on a trials bicycle just before Thanksgiving. According to his brother, Neil, Eric spent 17 days in the hospital getting treatments for a fractured C3 vertebrae in his neck, and a fracture to his skull. Doctors also used eight titanium plates to repair broken bones in his face. According to Neil, Eric is doing a lot better, he's home and working towards being able to ride by the end of December. We'll keep you informed on his progress.
